Perth, Australia

Overview

The design of the 20-level Alluvion office tower maximises its strong location in the Perth CBD.

Consideration for the skyline has driven a compact regular form with an asymmetrical vertical expression to the architectural fabric, resulting in a well-proportioned tower intensifying and enhancing the skyline. Elevated office floors enjoy panoramic views, with a constant floor plate of approximately 1,500sqm per floor. A penthouse office tenancy at Level 20 with a setback terrace completes the vertical expression of the tower. The compact tower rises from a podium and its regular form is articulated with a series of bold vertical elements.

A generous three-level high office foyer leads to a pedestrian plaza that links to a walkway system connecting the Convention Centre and Busport to Westralia Square. The plaza incorporates large scale public artworks, a water feature, and cafe.

The $115 million development is perfectly located to satisfy the demand for a major new workplace and has achieved a 4 Star Green Star Rating and an Nabers Rating of 5.0.
